Becky started her hospitality career as the office manager and occasional host and server at a small Japanese restaurant, Arami (Michelin Bib Gourmand), in Chicago before accepting the Chief Administrator position on the opening team of Grace (three Michelin Stars, Forbes Five Stars), where she met Mitchell Lienhard. After four years at the award-winning restaurant, she leveraged her experience to join the opening team of SingleThread Farm - Restaurant - Inn in Healdsburg (three Michelin Stars, World’s 50 Best Honoree, Forbes Five Stars) in the triple role of Human Resources Director, Office Manager, and Reservations Manager. This is where she met Suited’s other Founders, Kristine, Martha, and David. Nearly four years later, she moved home to help Sean Brock open his new fine dining restaurants, The Continental, Audrey, and June in Nashville then shifted gears for a year and worked as Controller at a small engineering firm. She joined the Suited team in 2022 to offer her years of experience and insight to our internal systems and Client-Partners.

Becky holds a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication and Marketing from Austin Peay. She resides in Nashville with her husband Scott. She is a cat and dog mom, and she makes functional pottery in her free time.
