Maui Fire Relief Fundraiser at PRESS Restaurant, St. Helena
Join us on December 4th, 2023 at 6 PM, at PRESS Restaurant in the heart of St. Helena for an unforgettable evening dedicated to supporting the Maui Fire Relief efforts. This exclusive event, sponsored by our friends at Tock, brings together a culinary collaboration unlike any other, featuring renowned restaurants such as SingleThread, Harbor House Inn, Molti Amici, and Stateline Road Smokehouse alongside our hosts at PRESS.
Indulge in an array of exquisite dishes, each a testament to the culinary mastery of our participating chefs, as we unite in support of those impacted by the fires in Maui. The night will be filled with mouthwatering cuisine and an exciting auction, with all proceeds going directly to Chef Hui's initiative to feed and support the affected communities. Chef Isaac Bancaco, who tragically lost his home and workplace, the historic restaurant Pacific’o on the Beach, in the fire, will be a special guest chef and plans to recreate one of his signature Hawaiian dishes. He will be joined by colleague and beverage specialist Keli’i Heen, who will craft a Pau Maui Vodka cocktail for the evening.

Guests will also have access to exclusive auction lots, including a cocktail-making class with dinner at Fern Bar in Sebastopol, a one-night stay with dinner and wine tasting at The Harbor House Inn, honey tasting class with Sonoma County Bee Company, first-look dinner for twelve at the soon to open Stateline Road Smokehouse in Napa and much more.
To tap off the evening, guests will be sent home with goodies from Quail & Condor Bakery and Sonoma County Bee Company.
