Born and raised in the Bay Area, Kaitlyn grew up with a deep appreciation for connection, creativity, and the joy of shared experiences. Frequent travels in her younger years sparked a lasting love for hospitality, while her natural creative streak led her to pursue a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Sonoma State University.
Kaitlyn’s first foray into hospitality began behind the counter at a local ice cream shop, where she quickly discovered the magic of guest interaction and curating experiences. From there, she joined her first hotel team—Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa—immersing herself in the many facets of food and beverage operations. After graduation, she moved to Napa Valley and stepped into her first marketing role at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley. There, she played a key role in the opening of the One Michelin-Starred Auro, and was honored with a Four Seasons Pinnacle Award for her contributions to their food and beverage marketing.
Her passion for storytelling and guest experience led her to continue her journey at Farmhouse Inn in Forestville, CA, and Hotel Les Mars in Healdsburg, CA, where she further honed her expertise in luxury hospitality marketing.
Now at Suited Hospitality, Kaitlyn brings a thoughtful, creative lens to each client—helping them tell their stories with clarity, warmth, and impact.
When she’s not curating content, you’ll find Kaitlyn exploring new restaurants, enjoying a morning Pilates class, or spending a cozy night knitting with her cats and turtle.
